We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're happy, we're happy. If there is a problem, we would really like to try and help first so please get in touch.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item.
